The new pre-cast building was fitted with a beautiful curtain wall and was built in two phases. The first phase involved building the addition, moving operations into the new space and then demolishing the old space and rebuilding it.

Property Description: Designed by Ware Malcomb, the 180,000 sq. ft. features a new area for sales staff, boardrooms, break rooms, washrooms, executive offices, a new reception area and a beautiful showroom on the second floor.

In 2018, they trusted Kintel to bring the vision of a new 5-storey building addition, in order to increase their services and create a more comfortable living environment.
